After breaking down the door, he finds Ellen dead on the floor of their kitchen. The cops immediately rule the death a suicide without any investigation. The medical examiner changes suicide to homicide after examining the body but then quickly changes it back to suicide despite the fact that Ellen was STABBED IN THE BACK. What is going on here?
