
Today I am chatting with my client Lori’s on her awesome transformation. Lori was referred to me by another client because her hip pain was so bad, she wasn’t able to hike or cycle which she used to do regularly. She worked out all the time, would push through pain because she thought that meant she needed to get stronger but would end up pooping naproxen to manage her pain. Fast forward to two months into doing my Lift for Longevity method, she has ZERO PAIN, can hike and cycle as much as she wants, and now says there is light at the end of the tune.
