For many decades, the beautiful countryside outside of Hagerstown Indiana has been home to now retired Vietnam vet Billy Wilson and his wife Mabel. The couple saddened by the departure of their longtime, quiet neighbors and become increasingly uneasy when a rowdy young couple: KC Simpson and his partner, Richael Southard move in. The Wilsons’ worst fears soon come true as the constant noise and commotion continue to disrupt the tranquility they once enjoyed.
