
Today we are talking about a topic that is everywhere right now—GLP-1 medications for weight loss. You’ve probably heard about them from friends, your doctor, social media, or the news. And for many women, these medications are becoming one possible tool in their health journey. But here’s the key question I wanted to explore today: What happens when you combine GLP-1 medications with the foundational habits that actually support long-term health and fat loss? Because one thing I always teach here in Fat Loss School is that no tool replaces the fundamentals—things like prioritizing protein, eating mostly whole foods, strength training, managing stress, and creating sustainable habits.
