Associate Professor, Dr Ben Bikman, is today’s guest interview. Ben is back with us to talk about how insulin resistance is making us sick. He explains how a wide range of diseases are in some ways connected to insulin resistance and how lifestyle interventions in terms of diet can stop progression.
