During this practice, we’ll move through an optional somatic exercise, breathwork, visualization, and affirmations, to help us release stagnant energy, and elevate our frequency. So often, our bodies hold onto stress, negativity, overwhelm, and stagnant energy as a way of protecting us. Over time, the nervous system can begin operating from those patterns.
